Getting Started with Ginni AI: Setting Up Your Account

Welcome to Ginni AI! This guide will help you get started by walking you through the steps of setting up your account and getting ready to use Ginni AI for the first time.

Step 1: Accepting Your Invitation

If you’ve been invited to join Ginni AI, follow these steps to accept your invitation:

  1. Check Your Email: Look for an invitation email from Ginni AI. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.

  2. Click the Invitation Link: The link will direct you to the Ginni AI platform.

  3. Login with Google: Make sure to use the same email you received the invitation on.

Note: The invitation is valid for 7 days. If you don’t accept it before that time, please reach out to our support team for assistance.


Step 2: Connecting Your Calendar

To get the most out of Ginni AI, connect your calendar so the platform can join your sales calls:

  1. Connect Your Calendar: Once logged in, you’ll see a prompt to connect your Google Calendar.

  2. Authorize Access: Grant permission for Ginni AI to access your meeting schedule.

  3. Verify Connection: Once connected, your upcoming meetings will appear in Meetings page (P.S. Ginni only pulls meetings created by you)

Now you're all set and Ginni AI bot will automatically join any upcoming sales calls.

Tip: If you are a manager and do not attend sales calls, you can skip the calendar connection and access the Call Library to view reports for your team’s calls.
