Bot Not Joining Meeting
If the Ginni.ai bot isn't joining your calls:
Check Meeting Requirements
Verify you're the meeting organizer
Confirm there's at least one external participant
Ensure there's a valid video conference link (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams)
Timing Issues
Schedule meetings at least 15 minutes in advance
Don't modify meeting links close to start time
Check if meeting was recently created or updated
2. Missing Meetings
Meetings Not Showing Up
Verify you're the meeting organizer
Check if meeting was recently scheduled
Ensure calendar is properly connected
3. Login Issues - Access Denied
If you see this error message:
Make sure that you're using the exact email you received your invitation on.
Try the following to fix this issue:
login for a second time by clicking on the Google login button
Choose Use exact email set up by Ginni.ai team
If the issue still persists, message us on website or send us an email.
