Now that your account is set up and your calendar is connected, it's time to record your first call!
Step 1: Scheduling Your First Sales Call
Schedule a Call: Create a new meeting in your Google Calendar.
Add Meeting Details: Ensure that the meeting includes all relevant information, such as the meeting title, attendees (including the customer email), and time.
Include Conference Link: Make sure your meeting has the correct video conference link. You can use either zoom, Google meet or Microsoft Teams
Verify your Meeting is scheduled for recording: Open your Ginni Meetings page and check if your meeting is marked in purple. Meetings marked in purple means they are sales calls and are scheduled for the Ginni bot to record.
Note: Sales calls are meetings that involve at least one external participant and include a meeting link. So if your meeting doesn't show in purple, make sure you have at least one external participant in the attendees list.
Step 2: Ginni AI Joining the Call
When the time comes for your scheduled call, Ginni AI will either join the meeting directly or appear in the waiting room. If Ginni AI is in the waiting room, simply admit it to the call. You will also need to allow recording for Ginni AI to capture the conversation and provide post-call insights.
Step 3: Post-Call Report
Once the call is finished, Ginni AI will automatically generate a post-call report that includes a summary of key takeaways and actionable insights. The report consists of several sections:
Meeting Recap: This section includes a summary of the call, key highlights, and any next actions for follow-up.
Customer Insights: This provides information on the customer's pain points, goals, current solution, decision-making process, and any potential obstacles.
AI Coach: Here, Ginni AI highlights your strengths and areas for improvement, scoring you based on Call Performance, Customer Engagement, and Sales Expertise.
These insights will be available for review in your Call Library, where you can track your progress and continually improve your sales performance. In a separate article, we will dive deeper into each section of the post-call report for more detailed guidance.
