The Ginni AI interface is designed to help you efficiently manage your meetings, access call reports, and gain valuable insights to improve your sales performance. Here’s an overview of the key sections and how to use them:

In the Meetings section, you can manage your upcoming calls and control Ginni AI’s participation.

  • View Scheduled Calls: See all upcoming meetings in one place.

  • Skip or Record Calls: Choose to skip specific meetings or ensure they are recorded for future analysis. For example if you have external meetings that are not sales related or might have sensitive information, you might want to skip recording them.

2. Call Library

The Call Library is your central repository for all recorded sales calls across the team.

  • Access Recorded Calls: Review all calls, whether or not you participated in them.

  • Filter by Team Member: Easily filter calls by team members to track individual performance.

  • View Call Reports: Access detailed reports, including meeting recaps, customer insights, and AI Coach feedback, for each recorded call.

3. Insights

The Insights section offers valuable data to help refine your sales approach.

  • Top Objections Feature: Identify the most common objections encountered in calls to better prepare for future conversations.

4. Settings (Admins Only)

The Settings section is accessible only to admins for managing integrations.

  • Manage Integrations: Connect and manage your CRM and calendar integrations here. For more details, refer to our separate guide: CRM Integration Guide.
