Integrating your CRM with Ginni AI enables you to automatically sync key sales dataâsuch as call summaries, next steps, and customer insightsâdirectly into your CRM system. This ensures your CRM is always up-to-date, making it easier to manage your sales pipeline and improve follow-up strategies. In this guide, weâll walk you through the steps to connect your CRM, manage syncing settings, and troubleshoot common issues.
1. Connecting Your CRM (HubSpot or Pipedrive)
Step 1: Access the Integration Settings
Navigate to Settings: The CRM integration screen is available to all users, but only admins can edit or manage any company settings.
Select CRM Integration: Under the "Integrations" tab, choose either HubSpot or Pipedrive.
Note: You need a paid plan to connect your CRM. If the Connect CRM button is disabled, please reach out to our support team to enable this feature for you.
Step 2: Connect HubSpot or Pipedrive
Choose Your CRM: Select HubSpot if you use HubSpot, or Pipedrive if you use Pipedrive.
Authorize Access: You will be prompted to log in to your CRM account and grant Ginni AI the necessary permissions to sync data.
Confirm Connection: Once successfully connected, youâll see a confirmation message, and your CRM will be linked with Ginni AI.
2. Managing CRM Sync Settings
Once your CRM is connected, Ginni AI will automatically sync relevant data from your calls. Hereâs what you need to know:
Step 1: Enable or Disable Sync
Toggle Sync On/Off: Admins can enable or disable the sync feature. By default, sync is enabled.
Syncing Data: Currently, Ginni AI automatically syncs highlights, next actions, and customer insights (including pain points, current solution, decision-making process, and obstacles) to your CRM.

3. Disconnecting Your CRM
If you need to disconnect your CRM, follow these steps:
Navigate to CRM Settings: Go to the âIntegrationsâ tab and select your connected CRM.
Disconnect: Click the âDisconnectâ button. Youâll be asked to confirm the action. Once disconnected, Ginni AI will no longer sync data to your CRM.
4. Troubleshooting Common Issues
If you experience any issues with CRM integration, here are some solutions:
CRM Not Connecting: Ensure youâve granted the correct permissions for Ginni AI to access your CRM. Double-check your CRM login credentials.
