1. Admin Role
The Admin role provides full access to all features and settings within Ginni AI:
Full Access: Admins can manage integrations, user roles, and all account settings.
Subscription Management: Admins have the ability to upgrade your subscription and manage billing details.
User Management: Admins can add or remove team members and modify their roles (Coming Soon)
2. Sales Rep Role
The Sales Rep role is designed for team members who actively participate in sales calls and need access to key performance data:
Call Recordings: Access to all team sales call recordings.
AI Insights: View AI-generated feedback and post-call reports.
Performance Metrics: Access to personal call metrics and performance data.
3. Manager Role
The Manager role is for team leaders who need oversight of team performance and reports:
Team-Wide Reports: Managers can view and analyze reports for the entire team.
Performance Tracking: Access to metrics and insights related to team members' performance.
Call Recordings: Access to sales call recordings.
AI Insights: View AI-generated feedback and post-call reports.
4. Read-Only Seat (Enterprise Plan)
The Read-Only Seat is available to users on the Enterprise Plan and offers limited access:
