What is the AI Coach Report?

Your AI Coach report is an objective analysis of your sales conversations that helps you:

  • Identify your strengths as a sales professional

  • Discover specific areas for improvement

  • Track your progress over time

  • Learn from successful conversations

Reading Your Overall Call Score

At the top of your AI Coach report, you'll see your overall call score displayed out of 100. This score represents your collective performance across all evaluated areas, converted into a percentage.

Your overall score falls into one of these rating categories:

  • 90-100: Excellent - Outstanding performance across most or all areas

  • 70-89: Strong - Very good performance with minor areas for improvement

  • 50-69: Acceptable - Solid performance with clear opportunities for growth

  • 35-49: Needs Improvement - Multiple areas requiring focused development

  • 0-34: Critical Attention - Significant challenges requiring immediate support

Understanding Performance Categories

Your call is evaluated across multiple performance categories, each representing a critical aspect of successful sales conversations. Categories typically include:

  • Call Performance - This category evaluates how effectively you moved the deal forward using your sales framework. It assesses your ability to guide the conversation through key sales stages, uncover critical information, and create momentum toward a decision.

  • Customer Engagement - This category measures your interpersonal abilities and communication effectiveness. It looks at how well you connect with prospects, build rapport, listen actively, and create a positive, collaborative conversation environment.

  • Rep Expertise - This category assesses your knowledge application and technical selling capabilities. It evaluates how effectively you handle objections, demonstrate product knowledge, and position your solution against alternatives.

Each category receives its own individual score on a 5-point scale, contributing to your overall effectiveness. The specific skills evaluated within each category may vary based on your company's sales methodology and industry focus.

Reading Individual Category Scores

For each performance area, you'll see:

  1. Category Name - The specific skill being evaluated

  2. Score Rating - Displayed as "X/5 [Rating]" (e.g., "4/5 Strong")

  3. Detailed Feedback - Specific observations about your performance in this area

The individual scores follow this 5-point scale:

  • 5/5: Excellent - You demonstrated a high level of effectiveness, with little to no room for improvement

  • 4/5: Strong - You performed well, with only minor refinements needed to reach excellence

  • 3/5: Acceptable - You performed adequately but have room for improvement to achieve consistency

  • 2/5: Needs Improvement - You struggled in this area, with clear gaps impacting overall effectiveness

  • 1/5: Critical Attention - You faced significant challenges requiring immediate attention and support

  • N/A: Not Applicable - This area was not relevant to the specific call and doesn't impact the score
