Ginni spots objections during sales conversations to help you uncover friction points and sharpen your playbook.
But sometimes, what looks like an objection… isn’t. Here's how you can easily clean up your objection insights — and help Ginni get smarter at the same time.

Why Cleaning Up Matters

When irrelevant or outdated objections stick around, they can:

  • Create noise in your dashboards

  • Misdirect coaching efforts

  • Influence playbooks and training in the wrong direction

Keeping your objection dataset accurate means sharper sales strategies — and a smarter Ginni for everyone.

Who Can Remove Objections

  • Only managers (admins) have permission to exclude objections.

  • Regular users will not see or be able to remove objections.

How to Remove an Objection

  1. Find the objection you want to exclude in your Insights dashboard.

  2. Click the Exclude option next to the objection.

  3. Choose the reason:

    • Not actually an objection (misunderstood or unrelated comment)

    • Not relevant to our product (about something you don't sell)

    • Other (catch-all if it doesn’t fit)

That's it — clean and simple.

What Happens After You Exclude

  • The objection disappears from the dashboard immediately.

  • It won’t be counted in your Top Objections analytics.

  • Ginni quietly learns from your feedback to improve future objection detection.

A few minutes spent cleaning today = sharper, smarter insights tomorrow.
Start keeping your objections dataset fresh and focused! 🎯
