Managing Billing & Subscription

Admins can manage your Ginni AI subscription directly from the Billing tab in Settings. Billing is handled securely through Stripe. Here’s what you can do from the billing portal:


📦 Manage Your Subscription

From the Billing tab, you can:

  • Change your plan: Switch between different subscription tiers

  • Change billing frequency: Move between monthly and annual billing

  • Cancel your subscription: Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle

  • View renewal info: See your next invoice date or when your plan renews

Only admins can access billing settings.


💳 Manage Payment Methods

You can:

  • Add a new credit or debit card

  • Update an existing card

  • Remove a card you no longer use

  • Set a default payment method for future invoices


🧾 Billing Information & Invoices

Keep your billing details up to date:

  • Edit your billing email address (where invoices and updates are sent)

  • Update your billing address and company details

  • Download past invoices for your records or accounting
