Ginni supports integration with call center platforms to automatically ingest and analyze phone sales conversations — no manual work required.
We work with platforms like Ziwo and Maqsam, and can also support custom setups depending on your system and plan.

2. Android Mobile App (for Reps Calling From Their Phones)
For reps using their personal or work mobile phones, our Android app lets them record and sync calls directly to Ginni. It’s simple: start the call from the app, and it takes care of the rest.
